All orders are made to order.
Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
Once your order has been produced, shipping times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update.
Delays
Because each item is made to order, delays can occasionally occur due to:
- high order volume
- production issues
- shipping carrier delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control, but we will always do our best to help if something goes wrong.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Minor Vice is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact your local carrier.
