Returns & Refunds
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Please contact us at minorvicegoods@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
- incorrect sizing
- change of mind
- normal wear and tear
If you’re unsure about sizing or product details, feel free to reach out before ordering.
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in cases of:
- damaged items
- manufacturing defects
- incorrect items received
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
